Responsibilities:
- Searches and selects alternative suppliers/manufacturers
- Analyses the potential scope of work and presents lists of potential suppliers/manufacturers for tenders held by the Company
- Analyses and searches the Middle East region market for suppliers/manufacturers for the required types of services, materials/equipment and spare parts for equipment, special engineering solutions
- Analyses and searches for workshops for further equipment repairs
- Analyses and searches for industrial sites for manufactured equipment, prepares analytical reports, presentation materials on the search and development of proposed analogues, services and special engineering solutions
- Conducts market research in the required areas of activity and projects of the Company
- Interacts with all technical units of the Shareholder
- Coordinates work with technical disciplines on the selection of materials, equipment, spare parts and services, including services for the use of special engineering solutions
- Organises and/or participates in joint visits to production sites in order to analyse the possibility of using special engineering solutions and repairing equipment, materials and spare parts
- Drives and manages various sourcing and contracting projects of low or medium complexity
- Ensures that the business requirements are well-understood and properly covered in the sourcing process
- Manages and coordinates the supplier selection process to ensure the most effective option is chosen
- Negotiates with contractors and suppliers to ensure the highest quality service at the most effective price
- Contracts and supporting documentation development
- Develops and modifies contracts content based on templates and manages the approval process
Requirements:
- Higher education in Economics,Supply ChainManagement, Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant majors
- Additional vocational training in procurement
- At least 5 year experience in supply chain management
