- Assess the quality of existing 3-4 roads (on the ground): both technologies applied, and materials used (base layers, pavement and painting)
- Review current standards and suggest required amendments (if needed)
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of construction technologies and quality of base layer, pavement and paintings for city roads and highways
