Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation of the documentation packs required to support payments (invoices, purchase orders, contracts, approvals, etc.).
  • Assist with client onboarding processes
  • Prepare presentations for client requests
  • Provide general administration support for managing clients and partners
  • Assist in the incorporation process for client companies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
  • Handle license renewals, amendments, visa applications, and other administrative tasks required for maintaining the company’s status
  • Provide ongoing support to client requests for corporate changes, board resolutions, and amendments to corporate structures
  • Maintain and file all corporate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, including free zones, Dubai Economic Department (DED), and other governmental bodies
  • Oversee the smooth operation of a small office, ensuring it is well-maintained and fully functional
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and ready to accommodate client visits
  • Handle all office-related administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, managing vendors, and handling correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
  • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field preferred
