Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of the documentation packs required to support payments (invoices, purchase orders, contracts, approvals, etc.).
- Assist with client onboarding processes
- Prepare presentations for client requests
- Provide general administration support for managing clients and partners
- Assist in the incorporation process for client companies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
- Handle license renewals, amendments, visa applications, and other administrative tasks required for maintaining the company’s status
- Provide ongoing support to client requests for corporate changes, board resolutions, and amendments to corporate structures
- Maintain and file all corporate documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Liaise with relevant authorities, including free zones, Dubai Economic Department (DED), and other governmental bodies
- Oversee the smooth operation of a small office, ensuring it is well-maintained and fully functional
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and ready to accommodate client visits
- Handle all office-related administrative tasks, including procurement of office supplies, managing vendors, and handling correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements
- Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations or related field preferred
