Renponsibilities:
- Policy administration – assist in the preparation, issuance and maintenance of policies, endorsements and certificates
- Client support – provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring timely communication
- Documentation management – maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records of policies and related documents
- Policy renewal – monitor policy expiration dates and assist in the renewal process by gathering necessary information and documentation
- Market research – stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes relevant to trade credit insurance
- Data entry – enter and update client and policy information in the database
- Reporting – prepare document and summaries for clients and management as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
