Design engineer: The work included designing various non-standard products, which were transferred to the department for solving complex tasks. The main projects included the development of equipment for deep-sea systems and the creation of elements for ensuring power supply. Within this project, topics related to deep-sea technologies, materials, and testing methods were studied. Hermetic enclosures, heat dissipation systems, and deformation compensation systems, as well as technological solutions for assembling and operating products, were developed. Drawings were created and products were manufactured according to these drawings. Internal wiring was developed and the necessary connections were ensured. Currently, work is underway to prepare for testing. Also, the development of elements for anti-icing systems for aircraft was carried out. Experience was gained in designing, manufacturing, assembling, and installing panels. A design methodology was developed that allows achieving the required power on surfaces of complex shapes. A design with a reserve layer was developed, ensuring high accuracy and minimal overheating zones. A technology was developed for manufacturing elements while complying with layer requirements and reducing labor costs. The system successfully passed testing. Currently, preparations are underway for serial production. Participated in the development of various components, including connectors, housings for electronic boards, transformer designs, and transformer blocks, as well as in improving fastening elements and developing packaging solutions.
